Apparently it helps to induce labour, take it from 36wks. 2 x 500mg caps daily until 38wks then increase to 3-4 caps daily, can be taken orally or inserted down below.

Hi. ive heard alot about rlt but not much about evening primrose oil. Just wondered what the benefits are and how to tale it etc.. Thanks xx
it apparantly softerns the cervixs i am taken 2 1300mg capsules daily. x
