Hi, I had this from about twenty six weeks and it kills, bought myself a pilates ball from sports shop and have been using it like a birthing ball and bounced for a while on friday evening, since then my ribs have not been hurting anywhere near as much and saw midwife today and his head has engaged, not sure if its coincidence but defo worth a try x

Hiya iv had agony from about 25 weeks with my ribs and it is relentless, all on my right side front and back it aches from 1st thing in the morning and gets wors through the day and sometimes even wakes me up at night - the only thing that slightly eases it is lying down but iv just got used to it now but it not easi im almost 38 weeks and this has really ruined my pregnancy, my baby is also breech but i dont think thats why its so bad - consultant says its because myframe is small and obviousley has been being stretched, sorry this isn't really help for you but at least ypur not on our own! Stacey

i have been having sore ribs now for a while and some times it is really uncomfortable but midwife said it was because baby has positioned herself with her feet under my ribs.

my ribs are killing especially on my right hand side. It is really uncomfortable n the only way to ease the pain is to rest my arm on my bump to push it down a bit. Anyone else experiencing this?
