Hey Chrissie, my sis had pre-eclampsia with her first two and with the second they only decided to do a c-section the day before she had it, so if they think you need it sooner cos of blood pressure etc they might bring it forward.  Try not to get too upset, maybe discuss it when you next go and see them and tell them your concerns?

Yeah i had protein in my wee too. But my blood tests came back ok.

Am really swollen as well, especially my feet, i cant even bend my toes and am in agony when i try lifting my feet up. I cant even get my flip flops on anymore.

I didnt get it till 39 weeks last time.

But my BP monday was ranging anything from 120-149/75-89 my normal bp is 110/70

i now have to have bp checks twice a week as well ,  yesterday had really high bp and protien, as i had pre-eclampsia with first dd , i know how you feel i was 36 weeks last time and it went up and down for a week then i was admitted for a week before induction so i would of thought by now as your baby hasnt grown they would of induced you.

Am just really worrying that i am going to get like last time.

think of it this way hun when you have your baby all those ladies that are having theirs early now will be complaining because their little bundle is no longer a newborn 3-4 weeks in baby terms is a lot of growing lol.

i still have 5 weeks left till my edd i am not going to have an early induction this time so could be 7 weeks to go yet. i cant wait but will be worth it in the end. i am trying to relish every kick and bump as this is my last time being pg.

Hi GC from DIO but I feel so sorry for you. I would feel like that too. I think they are being meen to you making you wait until 2 days before your edd. Just try to think that you might go early. I hope you do for your sake. You would have thought the hospital/doctors would have taken you in as early as possible so they didnt have to keep all these appointments for you wouldnt you.

Hope you start to feel a bit better soon.

At everybody being induced early or getting sections

I am feeling really ill and showing signs of pre eclampsia again. I was really poorly last time and yet they will only section me 2 days before im due.

And baby hasnt grown for 5 weeks. Am gutted.

Why wont they do me early??

37+3 still got 2 weeks and 2 days till section.

Got to be seen twice a week for bp and wee samples
