nn hun hope things kick off in the night.
if you can do a few rounds walking up and down stairs to open up your pelvis. try to keep as upright as possible because of you are ripe you could go at anytime and being upright helps move things along.

Hi ladies after my cotractions started coming 5 mins apart i was told to go hospital, wen i got there the midwife offered me an internal sweep to see if the womb is opened, well she has checked and the head is very low down and ready to come out, but the womb is not opened eyt, even though it's ripe,
i've been advised to come home instead of stay there for nothing, i want to take a bath now coz i feel tired, and had a very nasty show (tmi). Might go back coz i hav very strong contractions 5 mins apart, but baby is happily playing in the tummy, even thoigh he/she is ready to come out. Hopefully the womb will open today or tomorr. x gdnites38+3

I knew someone was gonna say something about the language. Mehr means no harm hun. kaza kabisa means be strong and asante means thankyou is swahili.Â
