when ur washing ur hands wash ur arms first washing up the way. then wash your wrist up the way then ur hands up the way that pushes all the fluid up will help it a bit. xxx

Thats brilliant its free !  The midwife said my fingers will get better once baby is born - I hope so, I feel like an old granny ! x

yeah its free. and the fingers thing get it all the time my worst time is thru the nite and in the morning. xx

I wish I was having it !!!!! I ve had it before I was pregnant and loved it, do you have to pay or is it provided as part of your care ?

Also my midwife said she thought I might have carpell tunnell as my fingers ache most of the time which isn't nice but its bearable - anyway the last 2 days my knuckle is really sore and hurts to bend it - have you had this ? x

I am away for my 3rd appointment this week. the midwife who does it is brilliant!!! she is preparing me for labour at the moment working on my cervix's and the gland that releases the hormone to start labour aswell as working on my swelling and carpel tunnell my only regret is i didnt start it sooner!!! any1 else having/had it?xx
