    Hey, i'd imagine the bombay badboy pot noodles work in the same way as any really hot spicy food- they trigger bowel movements that can irritate your muscles and start contractions. But if the baby isn't ready to come anyway I doubt it will work, as with most home-induction methods.

    So, if ur ready to go i'm sure it will give u a helping hand, but if baby's not ready, believe me, nothing will start it! Best of luck ladies!

    Me too i bought one lastnight and havent ate it yet as im nervous .. im 38+1 is it ok to eat it now? x

    I have a questionindia1979

    i read a thread the other day on here about someone eating one of these pot noodles and actually went into labour afterwards.I brought one today to try it out i have not had it yet,has anyone else tried them ?did it work ?how hot are they? lol
