I did lol had a water birth and didn't notice until the midwife came with her scoop thing to get it out! I've figured dignity isn't an issue after having a baby!

I didn't with my 1st or 3rd but did with my 2nd.  I kept apologising to the mw and she was wonderful about it all.  But he was meconium and they had taken away my gas and air so i could feel that i had.

it really doesnt matter if u do or dont in my eyes!  if u do so what!!!!

well i was always told i didnt (i think dh and the midwives were being kind to me though lol) i definitely remember doing something with my third and without tmi i remember the midwife wiping something away while i was on all fours lol

like you say though its the furthest thing from your mind when you are giving birth and to be honest when in labour i would do a bucket load if they asked me to if it would mean it being over faster lmao

Also for those still to have their babies that are worried about this, it was probably the furthest thing from my mind while in labour!! I don't think I would have cared even if i'd done a bit steaming turd right on the bed!!!
