I think it says on the packet somewhere to not take anymore than the stated dose ( 1 tablet)

I would guess taking two miay take you over the RDL, there is a helpline number on the box I think give them a ring and ask?

To perk me up I try a bath with energising aromotherapy type bath soaks.

im taking pregnacare still as im breastfeeding as my midwife suggested as i was feeling really tired! and i think they hav worked im feeling much better xx

I dunno hun but found taking ferrous sulphate iron tabs and efico tonic has made me feel better in myself xxxx

does any1 know if it is ok to take 2 a day? i have been feeling a bit iffy past few days and wondered if taking 2 tablets might perk me up a bit any1 any ideas?
