my cousin had exactly the same problem with her little one, it turned out he was lactose intolerant - might want to ask your doctor about it coz they can prescribe formula that it lactose free - good news coz u will get it for free!

hi, no your makin the bottles right hun. but lily had thrush in her mouth last week and doc gave her drops too - and she was doing the same as your lo. sounding like she was choking whilst trying to burp. i think its the thrush irratating their tongues - it was like she was trying to spit it out. i just winded her more often probs every half ounce. the thrush has gone now and so has the choking xxx

ok girlies- just want to check how those of you using formula feeds are making up bottles...??
i'm putting boiled water in bottle/s and leaving it to cool at room temp, then making feed as needed in individual bottles...? is this not ok?? its ok to leave them at room temp for few hrs atleast, isn't it??
the reason i'm asking is cuz baby kaur has been throwing up lots of milk up which i know is pretty normal as long as its not projectile..but also- the main concern is after night time feeds, she takes a long time to settle and when trying to bring up wind, sometimes looks and sounds like she is choking on the milk!!!!!??? just before burping with a very sharp sound??
she has got thrush, so doc gave some drops y.day.
just wanted to rule out its nothing to do with the way i'm making her feeds..

hi, your lo's tongue will look extra white - its a really thick coating that doesnt go away between feeds. take your lo docs hun, if it is thrush - they just give em drops for between feeds xxxx
