    Morning ladies,

    how are you all today?

I think the pain down below is normal, ive been getting it as my lady bits have been swelling a little (tmi lol).  Also my pelvic bone feels bruised from my SPD.

We got a new dog from the dogs trust, as we unfortunately had to take the other one back (think i said in another thread about him being overly nasty with the vet).

    Heres a pic of him:

He's a labrador cross, five years old.  Everything we could've wanted in a dog really and he's fab with Chelsea.

Hope you are both well x

Hi peeps little baby Thomas seems to be doing well, hes certainly a wriggler!

I have another scan booked for 12th Sept but still waiting for my MRI appointment and to see consultant ggrr

I had a show yesterday but no blood in it so not too worried, but not sure if its just me being silly (sorry for the tmi) i seem to be very damp down below I have to change my underwear about 3 times a day! yuk.

Im not sure whats going on down there as my lady bits kind of ache? Dont know if im dilating or not as this can happen weeks below baby is born.

Baby weighs approx 2lb 8oz at scan so doing well with the weight.

But sad today as eldest ds is going to stay with my family in Newcastle for a week tomorrow hes so excited but im going to miss him loads,

My SPD isnt too bad in the day, but i wake up every night a few times with it.. and find i can hardly get out of bed or walk.. even bending down to sit on the toilet is a challenge.

Its weird because when i wake up in the morning, my legs have recovered again.

Kate how is your baby doing? x

Aw hun, if you need to text me at anytime - you know where I am.  Better than you being upset on your own.

It'll all be worth it in the end, when you hold little Emily - you'll be so happy.  Hopefully with her staying in til 32 weeks she wont need to be in hosp for too long either x

been for my scan this morning and not good

she is now too small for her age.. going to get blood flow to her checked weds to make sure ok.. then scan 27th aug to see if she still small and if she is then it be c section for me i only be 32 weeks.. thing i lost other day was old blood clot which was the reason i was bleeding for which i suspose is good

i mentioned what the chances of waters going in a next pregnancy said 1 in 20 chance so defo last baby i can go though this again.

they said delivering me at 32 weeks she should be ok and being a girl normally stronger don't stop me worrying i am crapping myself

How did the appointment go today Kate?  Hope everything is okay..

We had to take the dog back on Saturday unfortunately.  He went for a normal vet check up and he attacked the vet.  Luckily he was on the lead, as if he wasnt the vet would've had her face off.

Decided we cant keep a dog who is bad around strangers, even though hes so fab with us and our daughter - so we were a bit gutted taking him back.  But it had to be done.

Sarah hope you're doing okay - my SPD is still very painful but im lucky to not have other problems, so cant complain really.

    xx

hope tuesday comes round fast for ya hun.. least you might get a date and start planning things... i have asked for a date past few weeks and all they says is every day matters say take a day at a time but 5 weeks later its driving me mad!!

just got a 6 week sicknote from doctor today as with cervix now very short i am risk of preterm labour so signed me off till maternity leave starts.

i am shocked about jane and her baby coming so quick after her waters gone glad shes fine... makes me realise i am so lucky my lil madam had lasted inside for over 5 weeks saw a few stories which has freaked me a bit they say if you go without water for weeks when baby is born they have to strighten them out with not been able to move i am scared slightly as i know she is curled in a ball and has been since i lost my waters.

i sometimes wish she was out so i know she ok then i rememeber she still in best place at min sometimes dunno want to think

nice you been spending sometime having fun emily hows the spd hun ?

Im doing well so far, have an appointment on Tuesday at the hospital for another scan & MRI, the consultant will check to see how attached the placenta is and will hopefully give me a date to be booked in!

He wrote in my notes anything between 34-36 weeks (im 28 at the min)

I would love a dog, so would dh but we dont have to room

Im glad to hear your still hanging on in there sarahjane i bet you will be glad when the little one is out safe and sound xx

    Hiya,

Not been around the last couple of days as me and Chelsea went away with my mum.

How are you all doing?  Hope both of your medical conditions (if thats the right word?) are stable and that you're both feeling okay.

We got a dog on Monday - border collie x lab.  Hes good with my 2 year old, so hoping he'll be the same with the baby when she comes along.

Do any of you have dogs?

    Hope you're both keeping okay,

    Emily x
