What a mare for you.
I had my quinny buzz and car seat from them and they have a habbit of ignoring email requiests. I wanted the carseat in black but they sent the wrong colour first. Luckily they were very quick with the replacement and I did save £100 but I think the problem with them is they are too small to cope with the demand. And they all seem rather young running the show...

Crikey! I was looking at nursery furniture with them, glad I didnt go with their stuff now

hello everyone
just a bit of a rant about the online retailer bambino direct who have given me the worst possible customer service ive ever experienced. I orderefd a phil and teds buggy from them it took 2 and a half months to arrive (supposed to be 3 weeks) and this is with me phoning them at least twice a week and when it finally did arrive it had the wrong raincover. they've been a nightmare to deal with and havent even responded to my letter of complaint - so I would advise everyone to steer clear from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!





OH NO!!!! i've just had the jake bambini nursery set delivered from them! i ordered it in april and when they phoned to arrange delivery they said part of it was out of stock.......so we put it off until today, and the whole set came apart from the drawer/changer piece!! i hope this doesn't mean that it won't arrive in time for bubs!
but i have to say the stuff that we've got so far is good, and the service was pretty prompt too, they were here (portsmouth, right in the south) from huddersfield at 9:30 which i really wasn't expecting!
