I get this too (and I'm not big boobed - or at least wasn't before!). I also get it during the day sometimes. I think it might just be baby pushing against something. But I may ask my mw next time i see her.

Sorry, I’m a 34JJ so I suggest trying Bravissimo for bras. They do underwired and also bf ones too I think. They do an internet mail order service if you cant get into a branch.

I have a pain on the left side just under my boob/ribs. It's like a cramp somehow, or maybe like a bad wind pain? I've ended up sleeping upright as I get heartburn too, but in the night I roll about that much anyway lol I find myself asleep on the mattress with no pillow sometimes! It's really worse if I am a passenger in a car.

Has anyone else had/got this? For the last week or so I find that I wake up with pain in my upper back and chest and then find it really hard to get comfortable. I've bought a special maternity pillow but that supports your lower body and its my upper body that's aching - upper back and breast bone. So the pillow doesn't help. I'm wondering if I should wear a bra at night, but the sleep bras on the market only seem to cater for up to DD and I'm a GG! I've stuck with underwired bras because I tried a soft one and that made my ribs ache, but maybe I should buy a soft one for the night? Anyone know of any pillows which support your upper body, or advice on bras? Thanks, Ruth
