i have been sufferin with the exact same pain for weeks, mentioned it to my midwife and she said that its my ligaments (never knew i had them by there), i find the best way to get rid of the pain is to put a cushion or pillow on the side where the pain is and just lie there for a while it soon goes. I constantly wake in the nite with it, and hav it thru the day quite a bit.

its the way baby is lying, has had me in agony with it regularly since about 22 weeks. i havnt really found a way to get rid of it, just got to wait for baby to move, curlin up sometimes eases it till it goes, but sometimes its that bad that i cant actually move without makin it hurt more so its a case of lyin still till its gone. maybe try pressin somewhere on ur belly to make baby move, i have noticed lately that this makes my baby move about, so mayb it will work and move baby so it stops hurtin. i sympathise though cuz it can be really horrible, its been that bad its had me in tears before. x
