    Thanks Zazzi, I am propped up on the couch as we speak and it is helping.  DH is just making me some crumpets .His answer to everything is food.......which I don't mind.

      Ah, yes DH has Radox for after football.  I'll try that then I think, see if it helps.  It doesn't help that I feel soooooo tired, but hopefully the bath may helpme get some sleep.

    I have loads to do though.  I just don't know what to do with myself

    awww hun, its the same with me aswell...my hips are aching so bad that i was crying in the middle of the night and when i was getting out of bed.....yep go with the paracetamol and maybe try and support ur self with loads of pillows....i also find the couch works better for me 2 lie down on as it is padded more...hth hun xx

    It sometimes helps with mine but I always have hot deep baths too, do you have any Radox? I have the muscle relaxer one and its lovely xx

    I have woke up this morning from another crap sleep and I have the worst back ache.  I am sooooooo tired but cannot get comfortable unless I am sat upright.  I really wan t to get back in my lovely bed.

    Do you think a couple of paracetomol may help?  All I seem to do is moan at the moment.  My DH must be sick of me
