well i've decided that i am gonna take 1 3 times a day as this adds upto the same amount as the H & B ones , but will work up to it xx

I've got 900mg strengh and they say 1 twice daily but i'm thinking of taking an extra one for good luck

Hi, the one from H&B are 400mg and they say up to 6 a day but you gradually build up to it. I have the ones from another health store but they are 900mg and on the tub it says 1 twice a day.

So, if you count the amount you can take with H&B that totals up to 2400mg so does that mean we can up the 900mg to 3 times a day or do we stick to what the tub says at twice a day??

mine are 425g and says to take 1 to 2 a day. asked my mw yesterday about uping it and she said she couldn't advise on herb al remedies but reccomended not exceeding the instructions on the tub.  I'm already on 2, looks like I'm on my limit!!

hi thanks hun the ones i have r 900mg so didnt know if this was strong or normal , i couldnt get any in holland n barrett so had to go to a local health shop only a pound dearer as well lol xx

i have the ones from holland and barrett, i can take up to 6 aday but you have to build up gradually, i think there quite strong in strength but cant currently find them, when i do i wil let you know.
