Also like Gail said if you have to make a decision re section or anything then do what you need to- they should def take you seriously.
I went along to my scan today worrying but told myself that if baby is the wrong way and I have to make a decision then I would do what is best for me and baby.

I'm still having contractions but they are irregular now and I'm just so worn out

Well had a worry yesterday as they said LO was oblique- lying diagonally, so had to have a scan today as i might have had to have baby moved round or worst case scenario a C Sec. I couldn't believe it.
But been to scan today and all is fine head down but free- all the boys were the same up until labour so Very relieved !!!
Due date today so just waiting now.. induction is on the 20th if nothing happens b4 then.

I feel for you i was having contractions for 6 hours yesterday then they eased off, today nothing but luckily i have quite a high pain threshold and no spd so more annoying for me rather than the pain you must be in.

ah g/crashing from did but couldnt read and run. tomorrow will bring answers for you i am sure..it is awful waiting and if you have things playing on your mind too its worse.
I am sure that they will be sympathetic and if you are so worried just let them know how much - its not good for anyone is stress

I would demand to see someone else, go for c section if that is what you want... don't let them 'fob' you off......
I have been to me and have gone from ceph-4/5ths engaed to 3/5ths engaged and the pain i have in my back (thinking it was the start of labour) is actually a bl00dy trapped nerve

Well I went off to hospital at 3am this morning as I was having regular contractions every 3mins. Got into hospital and they put me in the birthing pool which was sooooo nice! So relaxing. After an hour contractions started to get stronger but I was feeling a bit sick so I went to lie on the bed. MW examined me and told me that I hadnt dilated yet, baby is fully engaged and is head down ready to come out. She then told me that due to my low pain threshold I was feeling every contraction so was sent home with strong painkillers that had a sleeping tablet in it. Now I have woke up I am the same as what I was yesterday. She also couldnt perform a sweep as I was that closed up
In my family history my mum and sister have had the same problem where they did not dilate and all babies have had to end in c section. We are all very small in stature, I am only 4ft 11. I have previously raised this issue with my MW and a doctor at the hospital due to family history of c-sections and they told me to try for a natural birth but if I am struggling I will be considered for a c section.
I am getting worried now as I dont think I am being taken seriously as I really dont think my body is going to dilate on its own for me to have a natural birth (due to family history and that I have been in limbo of early labour for 3 weeks).
I am also suffering from SPD terribly so I am in alot of pain with that.
So I have my 41 week hospital appointment tomorrow and I'm not leaving until someone helps me.. SO FED UP!! xx
I have been in false labour twice now once on 2nd oct n once last night x On 2nd oct I had cont every 6 mins and lasting bout 30 sec each rang hosp and told me to go in so i did I was 3 cm and after bein there for 5 hours and cont coming every 3mins and lasting 45 sec they just stopped.
last night cont were irregular so just went to bed then they started 2 hurt and come every 2mins n last bout 30 - 40 sec so off we went to hosp again.again i was 3cm and they kept me there for 4 hours pains got worse and lasting 50 sec and still 2 mins apart took codine and they carried on but then they just stopped came home and startedagain when i was checked i was still 3cm what is going on i aint getting anywhere ???
