To help baby move forward you need to sit forward, so gravity will make baby's spine flop towards the front.

I found sitting on the edge of the chair with my feet on the floor made my knees lower than my hips, and my belly tilted forward.  Also hands and knees position if possible.  If you have an exercise ball, you could get on your knees and lean forward on that so belly is hanging in the breeze!

I tried all these when baby was breech, and it got him head down and facing my spine!

If baby is engaged, you need to do a pelvic tilt to slide him out and then encourage him to turn with the above.

    Hope this helps a bit?

I'm 39+3 and one of the midwifes I see has finally decided it might be a good idea to see a consultant to see if I need a growth scan. I have been tracking about 2 weeks big and at the moment it's looking like the potential of a 10lb baby and i'm only 5ft...

I have the appt next Thursday, so if nothing else I'm hoping the consultant may do a sweep and they may book me in to be induced earlier...

Also the MW thinks the baby may have gone back to back, it seems to move around all the time. So trying to sit in the right positions...
