Oh no, sending Avril lots of hugs and get well soon vibes... I know this is the last thing any Mum wants, but she is in the best place and I am sure she will be coming home soon.

Aw Av, sorry to hear you're havin a tough time of it. I lost 1000mls during my section and that was bad enough! I didnt have a blood transfusion, they just gave me iron tablets. Hope they are looking after you so you can come home soon xxx.

huge hugs to you Av. i know how much you wanted a homebirth sounds like you had a proper rough ride in there and i really hope you get home soon its all worth it though when you look at your baby however they come into the world.
