Shortness of breath can sometimes be a sign of anemia - I get it going upstairs, but since I've upped my iron intake it's been much better.

I get short of breathe a lot, walking up and down stairs makes me out of breathe and even talking too quick. But little mans quite high up,so guessing its cuz of him.

yeah - i feel REALLY bad today! really out of breath all the time, i keep having to take deep breathes. Just went in tescos and while i was at the till it felt like i was on a boat and the floor was moving! awful. I'm staying indoors now for the next 12 weeks!

I'm like this all the time now . It reminds me of when I was little and had really bad asthma . Not nice - and it only gets worse from here ...
