hi doll, i wouldnt take so many baby grows n vests prob 2 of each and leave rest at home for dp to fetch in after bubs is born if you need them, you could be home same day so no need for all that extra weight just leave them in a bag where dp knows where they are or at nannas if dp is with you cos no doubt nanna will come n see bubs as soon as!!!!!!!

im a first time mum too, im having 2 separate bags one for me and one for baby so oh dont have to route around and get me stressed out cos he cant find something! Im only going 2 take in 2/4 baby gro's if I need more than i can have them brought in from home, not wanting to stay in long but if i have to more bits can be brought in.

i was induced with 1st, went in on the thurs afternoon, i took a few mags but read them quickly!! other half had my gameboy advance!!!!
with the 2nd i wanted to stay at home as long as poss as i had dd there (we were with the in laws at the time) i started contracting at half 10 at night after going to ice hockey that evening!! timed all pains whilst watching back draft!!, called the hospital and they said come in when i was about every 5 mins apart, about 3am i had shower and at 4.30am i woke dh to say that i think we should leave as i was every 3 mins!! got there had him and came home so didnt need anything for2nd. im hoping i can try and do the same with this 1 as we are now living on our own and will have to wait for someone to come and look after the kids before leaving but i think if you can cope with the pain stay in your own enviroment as long as poss as your more relaxed
