lol 8, I'm not sure, I'm not finding it that nice, I'm not a tea drinker anyway, I have to add a spoon of sugar before I can drink it too.    XXxx

    Hiya

I'm 34+5 and for the past three days I've been having 2cups a day.. but last night the whole night I had really bad contractions/bh all night.. so thinking of cutting back.  I know it doesn't bring on labour, just helps your uterus prepare.. but still got a bit worried...

I think 2 is fine.. Not sure??

of raspberry leaf tea.  I'm 34 weeks and have started to drink it and i must say it's very very nice but i'm only having one cup a day atm.  Not sure if I should be having more than that.  Any advice would be great. Ta
