dd did her 1st poo all over dadd's arm - tee hee, good girl

it was a weird black/brown colour & very sticky (apparently!!!)

When i had ds i was still kinda drowsing from labour n meds and didnt even think about changing nappy i had him at 7pm and it was about 1am when i thought oh sh!t havnet changed nappy so did it in the dark, so didnt get to see what it looked like proerply but from what i could see it was black and a bit like tar!!!

my dh did our ds first nappy at the hospital he insisted, properbly wont this time if he remembers last time lol

Ewww yeah the first nappy is usually green/black and it's like tar, its a nightmare to try and clean too. Luckily ds pooped down dp's arm while he was having his first cuddle so i was spared the job of the first nappy.

haha i dunno if i dare leave him with him coz my df actually thought babies could sit up from birth on ther own... No seriously its not a wind up he did!

my DP will so be sorting out the first nappy! lol after all we have kept these babies from nearly 9 months now and looked after tehm, we should let oh's have 9 months of looking after babies! lol

hehe i didnt think of that one. knowing mike he will of passed out while im in labour especially if its a long drawn out one

Our hospital mw said they like to get the dad's involved as early as possible for the nappies etc.  he he, so maybe save that gem for the OH
