congrats physio... and you were posting on here just hours before!! hope you ok and look forward to hearing from you!

jen - hope things well on way for you now!

grevel - great taste in names!!! how you getting on? must admit this is hard work.. no routine yet just feeding on demand as poppy is such a titch.. she is back to birth weight though of 4lb 6...we had great day yesterday and i felt very positive.. then last nght was worst ever!!! neither would setlle for long.. dh had had a beer which meant  i couldt relax for him to do it so i did it all and it drove me mad... we all got up at 4:45 and dh stayed downstairs with poppy in her vibrating chair and ruby and i went to bed about half 5... so got three hours in end... and they now sleeping soundly of course!!! i have sent dh back to bed now!

sure we will get there.. am scared about doing it alone but equally need to do it soon so i dont rely on dh too much....

hope bumps make appearances soon and mummies gettin on ok with LO's

    xx

I'm probably jinxing myself here but think things might be happening! Definately getting contractions - just hope they don't stop like they did on Tuesday night. Will be so annoyed if I'm back tomorrow with no baby and no pain.

They're coming quite close together at the moment but only lasting 30 something seconds. Unlike Tuesday I'm also having a show this time as well so fingers crossed this is it. Really don't want to be induced!

Grevel-I meant to say that I remember that exact feeling of panic about hubby going back to work when DS2 was born.  I can honestly say, that a week made a huge difference, and we were all ready for him to back at the end of his 2 weeks off!

Well, it is snowing here, with more snow forecast through the night, so what are the odds on baby deciding to make an appearance tonight lol!!  Hubby will go into a right panic, and have me in the hospital ASAP!  Oh well, I guess I can live in hope.

Lisa, I kind of feel better today than I did yesterday (my due date).  I think it is almost like the pressure of the date has passed, and now baby will come whenever it is ready, it almost makes it easier.  I just soooooo do not want a December baby, as our family has loads of birthdays then.  DH thinks I am nuts that the 30th Nov is fine, but 1st Dec would not be good, but in my head it all makes sense!

I am away to sit with my feet up for 5 mins-woke up at 5:15 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep, so beginning to feel it now.

Look forward to hearing about your babies arriving!

Huge congrats to sugajen and loopy, im glad you both have your bundles finally, cant wait to look at the pics.  Hope you are all doing well and settling in to your new roles comfortably.

Poppy is a week old now, think its the quickest week ever, Theo is really taken by her now and doesnt get upset anymore when shes crying.  Im so proud of him, hes only a baby himself (17 months ) and hes coping so well.  I took them both out yesterday on my own to visit theos little group of friends. I came back in tears, I said to DH it was alot more fun when it was just me and theo on outings - tis the hormones, Poppy is beautiful but i think the adrenalin is wearing thin and my tiredness is beginning to kick in.

Am pertrified about how ill cope when dh is back at work.  I guess it will take time and we will get there.  Im hoping by christmas, i will have worked out some sort of routine.

Kate - how are you getting on now?  Are you finding a pattern in your day yet or still just manickly trying your best?  I feel for you so much.

Lisa - hope your monkey arrives soon, it seems we have been waiting on this thread for ages and they are slowly starting to arrive so all you tht are waiting still - they will be here soon.

Lots of love to you all x x

Still no sign of lo arriving any time soon. But at least I got to go to dd's assembly this morning. I was worried I was going to miss it with either being in labour or just given birth so happy I got to go and so is dd. There are no excuses now though so she better be born soon! The walk home from school felt like torture and it's only a 5-10 minute walk!

Its my Due Date today and I've come to the conclusion that Baby #3 is going to follow suit of DS and DD and be late, I soooo dont want to be overdue though. Come on Baby You are being evicted, Its going to Snow and I have NO proper Coat let alone any Clothes that cover the Bump and if 1 more Person say "Have You had the Baby yet?" I shall cry. Good Luck to those others that are still waiting, Please tell Me Im not alone x

Saw mw this morning-baby fine-just having a quiet spell.  She did a sweep (I am due today), so good to hear that cervix is soft, 1 cm dilated but still posterior.  Anyway, she had a good rummage and felt the baby's head, so hopefully things will kick off in the next few days!

Jenni-hope your sweep has done the trick!

Morining ladies!  Well today is my due date, and still no sign. Baby has been really quiet over last day, so going to see mw this morning.  Not due to see her till next week, but happier seeing her today anyway.  Baby seems to have grown alot in the last 2 weeks, and as DS 3 was 10lbs 8ozs, will be interested to see what she thinks of this lo now!

Hope you are all doing well.  Have a lovely day.

    Hello All

I had my Midwife appointment today, I measure 42 Weeks, Im 40 Weeks on Friday, She said Baby was 3\5ths engaged so He/She has engaged more since the last appointment and my Bump has dropped, I have to see Her next Week if Baby hasn't arrived but I really hope Baby will arrive by then, I can't cope with going overdue as they now let You go 12-14 days and I'll explode by then.

I hope things happen soon for those that have still got a Bump and not a Baby. xXx

Lovely to hear from you Grevel-hope all is going smoothly with Poppy.  Will try and send you a text when things start to happen!

Now getting really fed up-don't remember being like this with the others, but the waiting is tedious lol!  Baby has been quieter today, so who knows, may make an appearance soon.
