Hunny dont worry about ur fundal height measurements as each persons bump grows differntly, accurding to the person build height etc!!N MW can nver b accurate at all!!

If ur MW is owrried she will refer you to cpnsulatnt n for a growth scan 2!!

Im now 33+3weks n was only ment rto b 31+3weks but they got my dates wrong at my scan!!n my fundal measuerments were measuring 31weks last wek wen saw MW but they will not go with then measurements as ur scans r alot more accurate n cus im only small build anyway!!

So try not to worry hunny!!!

I am measuring about 8cms bigger, don't panic, it isn't an exact science.

    Hiya Hon

I was always 2cm higher with DS (and they thought he was going to be a whopper) but ended up being 7lb 4oz..

and the one I've been measuring 3cm higher.. and they still not very concerned (but then my mw is rather crap. lol)

    xx

Don't worry to much hon... but if you ever do feel overly concerned give them a ring.

    xx

I was measuring off the chart with my DS in my 1st pregnancy and I was worried x But he was 8lb 14oz when he was born and my chart predicted 9lb 8oz - 10lb + at least so it shows the charts are just a guide. xx

Hi Lorraine should not worry too much a couple of cm either way is not a problem only a rough guide to see that the baby is growing at about the right rate.  I am quiet petite too and varied by a cm or two through most of my last pg.

I'm nearly 34wks, which she put on my notes that I am 34wks BUT I'm measuring 36wks!!!!  But when she measured me she said I was measuring a week in front which would make me 35wks.  So I'm now confussed and panicking.  I do get told that I do look bigger but have put that down to me being petite.

    Anyone else got any ideas?

    Lorraine x
