Hope you are feeling better Sal - you are better off tucked up in bed otherwise you end up giving it to everyone else. You get well and don't worry about your class they will be there when you get back.

Liam is fine now thanks Maria - he had his hr nap at teatime yesterday, then slept all night and I had to wake him this morning. Think that he needed a good sleep.  Cold seems to be better too.

You poor thing Maria - nice to go out shopping but we end up suffering for it (you more than us).

    Hope you are ok Katie

Haven't a clue where Kez is.  Are you out there??? Hope all is ok.

Have my 28 week bloods tom @ 10am

Hi girlies.  Glad you are all having good weekends.  Poor Sal, I think I may be coming down with something don't feel completely 100% today.  Liam has a cold too and he is in bed (collapsed on sofa at 5.50pm and I had to wake him hr later, took him upstairs and he went straight to bed with no bath - - must be cold getting him down, he's been fine all day). DH has gone to Birmingham so I am on my todd.  Got assessment booklets to finish off I am over half way through so gonna stick X factor on and see if I can get them finished.

So excited - ordered my pram last night from Mothercare - had such a good deal.  If you remember I bought the Windoo carrycot a bit ago and got it less than half price.  So just needed the pushchair and carseat.  Mothercare had 16% off pram then I got another 10% off that and the carseat - manged to get the two for £283.  Chose Oxgen black in the end.  My carrycot is pearly grey but wont use them together anyway so no need for them to match.

Hope you all have a good day tomorrow.  Catch up with you then - Urgh Mondays soon come round.

    Nici 28 weeks.

Hi ladies I'm back with ya.  God this week has been so hectic I was so excited about three o'clock ticking by on the clock yesterday.  How sad am I?

Other teacher in Year one who works with me was off sick for two days so makes extra work on me having to sort out stuff for supply.  Anyway Liam slept really well on thurs night considering he is starting with a cold - I dosed him up with Medised and put the vapouriser on and it seemed to do the trick.  He was so excited about going to my mum n dad's last night to stop over.  Went to pick DH up from station in Chester and then we went for a lovely meal in Francs (French restaurant - do you know it Sal, in Chester?)  We just love it.  Had a small sneaky glass of red wine which they didn't charge me for and had a 3 course meal (God how did I manage to squeeze that into my crushed stomach).

We have had a lovely lie this morning and feeling refreshed.  Gonna go into Chester later to get some bits n' pieces.  DH goes away to Birmingham tom night so back to station.  Only one more course after that.  Yippee.  He has been placed in HSBC bank nearby which is cool as it cuts down on travelling.

I am going to the Maelor, Sal, as I want to have Welsh babies.  Where is Coch or am I being spazzy and its an abbreviation for Countess?

We all seem to have had busy weeks.  Lets hope next one is better.

God it was school photo day yesterday - I bet I look like the fat preggy blob on end of staff photie.

Have an excellent day ladies and will catch up with you all later on.

Oooh am up for a bit of rest this weekend!! Had midwife appointment today - no longer have glucose in my urine (probably didn't help that last time I had a bowl of coco pops and a coffee with sugar... and then did my sample lol!!), and we are both nice and healthy! Was offered to go n have physio on my hip but it doesn't hurt that much! She said I can ring them if I want some. We're also starting up a new VLE Sal - looks good but even when I went to the pilot group meeting there were loads of problems! Can't believe you are that organised Maria... christmas already!!? Think everyone can have a satsuma this year and be done with it!! Hope you've survived ur weeek too Nici and got hubby back? Have a good restful weekend girls xxx

evening ladies, u all sound so busy, i hope u all  get to rest up this wk end. i went for anti d jab on wed and it wasn't there again it was sitting in a fridge at the anti natal clinic at the hosp i go to, so had to go through at 8.30 this morn for it, but at least its done now. sal my consultant said there is no real proof that pregnancy can trigger rheumatiod arthritis but there is a strong belief it could. he did say it was something i was prob gonna get anyway. dp is finaly recovering from his man flu, i might get a bit more sleep now, sick of the sniffing, increase in snoring and the constant t*** and turning. what have u all got planned this wk end? dd is at a birthday party in the morning and then we're going to local town centre to buy all the family xmas cards and then metro centre on sun to start xmas shopping. have a good wk end everone. x

Are you having your baby at the maelor or coch? Only asking as my friend lives in Gwernymynnyd (sorry for rubbish spelling!) but had her bubs at coch. Maria, was the athritus caused by pregnancy? Hope the ant-D injection went well. My mum is Rh- & me & my sister are Rh+ so mum had to have this too. Hope your pg is going well in all other areas sweetie xx Katie, hope you have recovered the power of speech today!! Speak to you all later lv Sal xxxxx

evening ladies, katie i'm counting down now, can't seem to help it. Off to metro centre on sunday to start xmas shopping and to get the things i need for my hospital bag. I've had rheumatiod arthritis for nearly 2 yrs now sal, it started when DD was about 7mths old. I had to stop taking all my meds when we started ttc. Its been difficult but i'm lucky i don't have it so bad that i couldn't try for a baby. Katie i'm glad your little girl was ok having her jab, i'm hopeless if the baby cries then i cry. i've never watched ramond blanc or holby city when i think about it. I'm a big ER fan. DP got the liverpool match on now, oh and he's got a cold so as u can imagine he's dying. Off to see m/w tomorrow for my anti D jab, hopefully its there this time and not at the hospital. Have a good evening. catch up soon. x

Hi ladies - I'm back with ya.  Computer seemed to be having a bit of a hissy fit last night and would not play game so couldn't log in.  Anyway here I am.

I have had a good day today - bubs seems to be moving and jigging about loads in there.  She seems to kick when I put my arms across my tummy too Katie.  Maria I am also carrying quite high up and have developed love handles this time 'round.

Hey ladies you are not the only ones on countdown from work - 38 days left to work for me.

Maria you poor thing you have been in the thick of it.  Being anaemic will make you feel ten times worse.

Katie - Liam screamed the surgery down when he had his MMR2. I felt like such a bad mother.  He already hates the nurse from previous jabs, so was amazed when I finally got him into the room without any coaxing.

Right I am gonna go watch Holby City - I love it.  Oh do any of you watch 'The Restaurant' with Raymond Blanc.  I just love that too.  Thats tom night tho.

    Catch up with ya later.

Yoo Hoo Katie, Nici & Maria. Hope you are all okay. I don't know how you cope with athritis Maria pg or not, ouch! How long have you had it? Can you even take your medication for it when pg? Sending you a (((((((BIG HUG)))))). Katie, I am on countdown too & I have even longer to go lol!! It is so hard not to think sod it I won't be here soon!! MW said that I should be recording or checking for at least 10 movements a day after 26 weeks (I am 26+6) but the day goes by so fast when you're teaching that I don't notice! I can't remember if it has moved today or not! Would you be worried? Nici, hope you are enjoying your 1st night of peace without your DH! Take care ladies lv Sal xxxxxxxxx
