    Hi ladies

hope the weekend is going well. bbbrrrr it's cold!! i tried to weeble wobble my way round the shops but my backs killing me and when in debenhams found a massage chair to sit on. DP had to forcibly remove me from it as I was quite happy to be left there till baby came!!

Had MW fri. Bubs still head down although she did think he was back to back with me as my tummy looked quite flat under belly button which might suggest this....

she wrote on notes 4/5 palp- last hosp appoint said 3/5 not eng...that mean he's coming out or going further in??!!

Appt went so fast that I didn't think to ask about head engaged just read it later in notes.

Oh well at least he's happy in there can't wait to meet you little one

    xx 36+2 xx

    Hi all,

This seems really strange - given that you girls are all on the home straight - but I thought I'd let you know that I had a scan today and got to see the very strong heart beat of my lo So, so far, so good.

    Good luck x

    Morning all,

Wow - lots of good news, this is great! Congratulations to Loubags - so 2 down a few to go!

Alex - That's so cool and I must say I admire how you're managing (?) to juggke still working while feedin a little one! You must be one of those super women who can just juggle anything and everything! Love the breastfeeding while onthe phone to clients - excellent!

Helen - Yay - good baby! Glad to hear little one has decided to shift its butt and get ready on the launch pad, a big one hey? Oh dear!!! I asked yesterday at the scan about whether she could see the size of the baby at this stage and she said, well we can only really tell if its a 4lb, 7lb or 10lb, and said it would very much be a guesstimate - so you're lucky to know a little more of what you're getting! She did give me two pics of babys face, who had a grump on - marvellous! There'll be no room for a grumpy baby in ths house!

Anita - Oh you'll get used to it! Its amazing how quickly you slip into a routine of doing "stuff!" and your day will fly by! I must say though I had two sleeps yesterday as have been overdoing it a bit, perhaps its time to slow down and enjoy these "gentle pastimes" the books keep banging on about, but there are dogs to be walked, logs to get in, bathroom to paint etc! oops!

So the scan for me went well, placenta is out the way, babes is in the "right" position, so now its just 3 weeks (or so) of waiting and we'll have something to show for the last 9 months! Although at 4am this morning, I was ready to throw in the towel, call for a CS and get baby out! I was so uncomfortable, feeling sicky, belching like Onslow and for the first time was worried about the birth, although now I feel ok, just more like a whale than ever! (why isn't there a symbol for a whale on bounty?) Even my reebok ball is feelign the strain! Right I have an appointment with 'Happy Feet' so am off to put my feet up... Have a good day y'all... Saz (37w)....xxx

She says she loves it and we will too! well done Lou, keep us posted and let us know when baby has a name Well that's work finished until next September!!! Good luck tomorrow for scan Helen- hope little one has moved for you! I will get back on the ball tonight and lots until Friday when I have my scan! OMG congratulations to you too Claret!!! Keep us posted!!! xxx

Helen.... so hope you really are feeling a bit better today! Big hugs hon xxx

I'm quite envious of you all, really missing feeling her kicking! So excited every time I come on in case someone else is on the way..... come on, who's next!! I live in London and seeing as I will have had her weeks before you girls perhaps everyone would like to come to me for a little bit of a party! Would be so fantastic to meet you all!!

I live in Tooting Bec so it's really easy, it's on the Northern Line... and we are only 2 minutes walk from the tube station.  Only problem would be where to put all the prams! We only have a VERY small hall downstairs!

Anyway, that's the last thing on all of your minds at the moment..... SO EXCITED!!!

Have a good last few days of work.... I'm doing the same, will have finished by next week but bit tricky with Isabella wanting feeding every 2 hours at the moment! I do have a little bit of a chuckle to myself when I am breastfeeding whilst on the phone to a client.... if only they knew!!

    Lots of from Isabella xxxx

    Hi all

Sorry for being off for a few days. I've been really ill.... Have had a bad chest infection and cold which as i'm sure you can all imaginge is awful when you really can't take anything! The doc offered me mild anti biotics but I declined as you never know what they might do to baby do you?? Anyway am slightly better today and am hoping to start enjoying maternity leave!!

How is everyone else? Saz how is your dog? I remember taking my retriever poppy to be spayed I felt awful, but you've def done the right thing. I am also thinking about what it will be like to not be pregnant... Think I will be sad not feeling baby move. You kind of look forward to it don't you?

Anita I have my scan tomorrow...... Am thinking that mine might have moved... Its all feeling very different now to what it was a couple of weeks ago. We'll just have to wit and see!

Aww Anita - little monkey! Looks like you'd best get back on your ball girl! Get that baby moving!

Not much to report here, starting to think about missing bump now and not being preggers anymore, yet so excited about meeting Baby Clarke, and what it will look like et. Been having breast feeding dreams frequently and last nights was about the "plug".... I couldn't be more ready, but unready if you know what I mean!!

Hope the rest of the gang are bearing up well.... Looks like London might be a possible meeting place, who has a nice big house!?

Am off for a scan tomorrow to ensure this low lying placenta has shifted, I could even find out what the sex is!?!? Should I? Sooooo tempting!

    Saz (3w & 3 d to go!)

Hi all He's still breech! Seeing consultant on Fri - but it is unlikely she will try and turn him until early next week as clinic is really busy and they have to give you drugs for 24hrs first and NBM etc... so lets see what Fri brings- got a few more days to get on hands and knees! Anita x

Good luck pinkcat - really hope everything is in the right place this afternoon.

I've only got 3 days more work myself, then looking forward to going out xmas shopping on Friday to celebrate! Hoping I won't be too knackered - there is so much to tidy up before I'm free: 8 years of working in the same place doesn't half generate a lot of crap.

I'd be keen to meet up with everyone once all the nippers have arrived. London is great for me, although I'm not averse to travelling further afield either.

Best wishes all - feels like we're on the final straight now.
