LOL thanks for the nice introduction of me to Kirstie!   Ignore Supermom, she is delusional - I'm lovely! haha!!!!

Aww Barb, your niece might find it hard work but I'm sure she'll be absolutely fine and it will all be worthwhile.   Many congratulations to her!  And fantastic news that you've felt the baby moving.  It's great when you feel the movements as it's really reassuring.

Supermom, just a thought, are you managing to eat better now?  I was reading one of the Bounty books or something and it was on about ways to combat various 'ailments' of pregnancy, one of which is dizziness, and it was saying about trying to eat little amounts very often, just wondering how your eating is going now because you weren't managing to eat a lot before.  Just keep trying to think of ways to help you.  Usually fail miserably though.

Kirstie, not sure whether you're planning to join our thread, you're more than welcome.  And we are trying to arrange a date where we meet up in Birmingham at some point - you could join us if you want to, I'm sure we'll all end up doing some shopping that day - even though I think dh has banned me from going to the shops as I keep buying things for Smudge!  Got some more stuff today - his wardrobe is fuller than mine!   I'd be happy to go shopping with you in Walsall but I'm not sure I'd be able to do that until I start my maternity leave in October as my weekends are usually taken up with visiting the family, etc. Let me know if you do want to try and arrange something though cos we might be able to sort something out.

Hi Kathryn,Supermom,Wilko and all you other bump buddies,

Sorry its been a bit, So sorry |Kathryn to hear about the stress of the job,But i do think all the travelling up and down would cause you even more stress, and im sure youll make the right decision, so glad to hear the good news on the baby front, still not sure wether to find out or not, getting grief from all sides, so it doesn't really make it a personal decision. supermom, have the aches and pains settled down and the dizziness??

Jus found out yesterday my neice is having twins, she is only 20,bless her shes in shock an is also goin to be a single parent, shes getting used to the news now tho!!

felt some movement from bunnyhop the other night but not much since... doctor has listened in and all is well though...except i have another infection grrrrrrr... also had a phone call from the midwife at the hosp and their are problems with my antibodies,so have to have blood tests every 2 weeks to make sure they stay low

anyway nice to speak to you all again hope you are all well...yahoo 20 week scan on 4th August

yep blood pressure is fine, iron is fine though she did say to eat iron enriched foods incase, so they are going down the infection route, im on calcium tabs now too, if none of that works im doomed haha

Yeah, but you kinda do know cos I already told you haha!!!!!

I think you should insist on getting a referral hun, it's not right that you should have to suffer, we suffer enough being pregnant and giving birth!!!

LOL I promise I didn't cave!  Now that you know I guess I'm ok to fess up on my scan thread.... I'm sure Barb won't mind.  I can't tell my family so I have to share it with you guys at least!    Told you I was having a boy!  Haha!!!!!!

Aww, they should have referred you for physio anyway if you're in pain.  Better to deal with it before it gets too bad in my opinion!  Might be worth asking for a referral and getting a support belt too?

kathryn not you too, i bet you asked , do i have to follow everyone else to there scans just to make sure they dont cave haha. if you saw then it must be a boy!!!

its a case of suffer with pain killers, if it gets mega bad there is physio and i can get a support band.

Hiya - aww, sorry to hear that you have sciatica - that must be proper painful.    Is there anything they can do or will it disappear or are you just going to have to suffer and take pain killers?  Hope it's not the latter.

I'm feeling much happier today thank you, have emailed a few questions off to the Managing Partner to get some things in writing before I even think of making a decision.  And better still, I had my scan!  Smudge is absolutely 100% perfick!  I'm really, really happy!  We kinda accidentally saw something we didn't mean to - sorry ladies!  I won't tell you though cos you all said you didn't wanna know! Hehe!!!! xxxxx
