everybody gets child benefit regardless of income so even millionaires are entitled as its not a means tested benefit, ahh to be a millionaire lol well i can dream,,,

The French system is rubbish (says a French emigrant): You get child benefit according to the number of kids you've got (from 3). Which means when my parents were bringing me up (and no other sibblings) my mum had to work 2 jobs. My aunties were basically breeding for a living. I think the idea was that the population was going down so they tried to make people have more kids but now they can't take it back or they'd have another revolution! It doesn't matter how much Brangelina are earning, they qualify with their 6 kids. What I didn't know was that you only had to have a country house in France to get the benefit. They're's no way they're going to take the money though - their hatemail would go to the roof! Chazza28/8/08 17:00

a[pparently not confirmed that they are claiming it but thoughts are that they won't as they are known for thier charity work. they could claim it and give it me I don't mind lol

i read that story and thought the same. the only saving grace is that they would give it to charity knowing them.

marvelous brad n angelina qualify for child benifit (like they need it) n we all worrying about how we are going to pay bills once on maternity allowance lol
millionnaire whats that mean lol mind you I am putting euro lotto on tonight as its 70mill so I might no what it feels like tomorrow.............. (to be another £1.50 down) lol
