I don't know if it's my shape or if I'm wearing it wrong, my mw didn't seem to have a clue when I asked her and I'm following the dodgy instructions as best I can, I might get some support knickers instead and see if they help better.

Ive been having similar. Is it caused by baby being low down? Seems to only kick me near bladder and pubic bone. Does the belt help? Ive been thinking of getting one to ease some pressure but not sure if i fancy belly ache.

In the night i turned over and there was an almighty crack from my pubic bone it was agony but luckily its not hurting this morning but I do have back ache really low down at the top of my bum. its not nice is it being pg is supposed to be nice but its all about aches n pains lol
