i've got piles
and i think this is the only place i can talk about it!!!!! (cos no one can see me ^^)i'm sooooo embarassed!
but it was sooo bad that i can't walk properly, and espeically i have to walk a lot for my job, by the end of the day, both of my hip joints has started to hurt, probably due to my funny way of walking!!!!!!so i went to the GP and the only doctor that was available was a MAN!!!!
well, i had to sort it out so i told him and he said "if you don't mind me taking a look......"
and i was thinking "YES I DO!!!! but i have no choice!!!!!"
he gave me a spray and something to soften my stools ( not to mention i'm taking iron tablets as well!) and i just layed on my sides and watched wimbledone all day yesterday!!! lucky it's much better today but i'm rily dreading it will come back again!
i heard ppl can get piles after birth as well, as they've pushed too hard.....................

Ah lol, sorry to hear you have been so uncomfortable. I also had it in this pregnancy recently which was a total shock because as you say, apart from the embarrasing side, I never had it with my daughter and so didn't know who to talk to and didn't want to talk to Dh even though I am sure he would understand. Fortunately one of my friends had it and helped out. Hope you feel better soon. We have all been there.
