Hello,
I was that way with my wife when we first got together. We have all had a bad relationship at one time or another in our lifes but it doesnt mean its going to ruin the rest off it.
Im sure he does love you after being with somebody for nearly 10 months it a bit hard not to have feelings i think. Maybe you should not put preasure on him to say it back to you. It must be frustrating but he is with you and nobody else so that alone shows that its you he wants. Given time im sure he will say it back to you, it took me a long time to say it to my wife not that i didnt love her it was just something you have to adjust to loving somebody else again. Im sure when you least expect it he will say it to you whenever or wherever you are and it will put you ontop of the world. Stay cool no need to rush love let it happen.

but i wanted some male advice please. i been with my fella for 9 and a half months, he isnt my lo's dad though. anyway, his last relationship resulted in him getting hurt, but he says he is over that now. i tell him i love him and he just says 'i know you do'. he says he wants to make sure before he says it back, but i feel like he will never say it. does this sound normal? he wont admit he loves me if i ask him either, he just changes the subject. thanx

thanx for your reply Joe. its nice to hear a mans perspective on these things. i dont try to pressure him to say it back, but i try not to say it to him too often, as i dont want him to feel awkward. we have both admitted to each other that we think the other is 'the one', so fingers crossed eh!! thanx again
