Hi there, thanks for the reply, if I am honest I can't say it's what I really want but having spoken to my ex it does seem there is no chance of rebuilding the relationship and so I have to find a way to move on, hope that makes more sense!

Daz are you sure you're in the right place to move on if you're having doubts about your ex now and you have 2 kids together are you sure that that relationship is gone and you've accepted it as your entry isn't clear on that.
