cant believe that no dads now about cars with mods!! someone must be able to help surely???

hiya dads just gatecrashing to ask a quick ques. i wnted to trade in my pug, buts its had a accident in the past and has a black mark on the log book, also has over 200k on it so the pug garages wont touch it, its blaze yellow and has hyper front and rear bumpers, side skirts, m3 style wing mirrors, saxo rear spoiler and 15" ti6 cyclone alloys, my ques is would it be better to try sell it for parts and if so does anyone knw roughly how much things would be worth? been a few years since i did it all and dont go to any of the shows any more so dont really know what people are bying nowdays.
