I know, it seems like yesterday to me that I came home and saw how many of you had been so worried about me as I'd not come back from my scan and posted how it had gone!! And now they're over three months old. It's crazy.

Coping without dh/dp at home is SO much easier than when they're around sometimes!! You can leave things where you want them without them being moved, you can watch "crap" tv without them moaning about it... I could go on!

hi ladies, only just found you all on here. Melody is 13 days old today, am loving having her at home with us. My dd1 Violet is 14 months and has struggled a bit with having melody around but is getting used to her now.  Its tricky cos shes too young to explain anything too so cant understand that she must be gentle with her etc. I think i've got my work cut out here. x

Evening ladies, hope you are all well.

Thanks for your reply Astridthecrafty.  Changed the formula from Cow & Gate to Aptimil today and so far so good.  Time will tell as she has only had the one feed.  She is a bit out of sync today - she slept from 10pm to 5.15am this morning - oh joy!!!  But her feeds have gone to pot  today so she be having her second formula feed at bed time today.

Well ds2 is four days old already!! I can't believe this time last week I was dying my hair to go to hospital for induction (only to be sent home)!

He's such a good baby, I really don't know I've got him..... We've had a couple of unsettled nights, I've had to put him on Colief & change his milk to hungry baby as he's greedy!! I'm mix feeding & it's going really well. Ds1 had really bad colic, so the first sign of it I put ds2 straight onto Colief. Bloody brilliant stuff!!

Df goes back to work tomorrow (thank god).... I can't stand no routine & everything feels weird with him being off, so should get us back to normality in no time.

My mums coming to stay for a week tomorrow. She only lives five minutes away, but it's just so I've got help with ds1 in the day (esp mornings) until I get properly into the swing of things. It should be good....

Anyhoo, hope you are all well & our babies are all behaving. xx

Hi all can I join you. I was due July 4th but lo came 1wk early on the 27th June. Kian weighed 8lb 13oz and is gorgeous with lots of black hair and sleeps well altho he is suffering with getting his wind up in the evening.

I have a dd Megan who was born last June also on the 27th. She weighed 9lb 5oz. She is not too fussed with her brother altho I need to keep a close eye on her as I was in the kitchen today and peeked through the window and she was trying to feed him raisins. Aww at least she is good at sharing.lol

We did say no more but I'm never gonna say never(altho I have not said this to dh)  LOL

ayesha...your LO looks soooo tiny in the foto LOL...i know DS2 is about the same, but yours looks toatie ...

donnams...DS2 is sometimes sicky, BF only...HV said as long as its not every feed dont worrry about 1 full feed puke up every so often...what ive started doing is after a full puke keeping him awake by changing/talking to etc then giving another feed after about 15-20 mins or so...and off the last fed boob so he at least gets the hind milk...he always seems to do it mid feed, and i THINK its wind based with him

All newcomers are welcome, I was DIJune but induced May.  Early July babies more than welcome.  The more the merrier I say!!

Lily is stil being sick alot, although not yet today.  Beginning to think it is the formula that is doing it, she has only been sick after bf once.  Odd though she has been mixed feeding for four weeks now and this has only started happening last four days???  It is not a little amount - it is like she is auditioning for exocrist when she goes - but she is well and not even distressed by the sickness.... Anybody else encountered anything like this?

Started packing our house up in earnest today, looks like a tip now...............

Hope you have all had a good weekend.

    Donna
