It is automatically sent when you apply for child benefit, ring the number on your child benefit letter and they should be able to help you.

Anyone any idea when we are supposed to get our £250 voucher? My lo is now 10 weeks and still haven't got it. Does anyone know tyhe number to chase it?Thanks
I was just thinking about this yesterday. My lo is also 10 weeks and I got my back money from child benefit but no voucher as yet. There's an online form at http://www.childtrustfund.gov.uk/templates/Page____1328.aspx to claim your coucher. Gonna fill it in and see what happens. Lx
