Ethan, wakesa round 6:30 as we are getting him ready for when I get back to work and then about 2 hours later goes back down for about an hour or so.
Round 12ish/ 12:30 he goes back down for a 2 hour nap.
About 4:30 goes down for another nap for about an hour or so.
Bed around 7:30 and sleeps through the night.
He takes all his naps in his cot and is put down awake. I did this for about a week and then after that he was fully into the routine.
Hi, my ds has a nap in the morning about 9am for 45 mins- 1 hour. He then has a sleep after lunch (1pm ish) for about 1.5 - 2 hours. If he does not have a long afternoon sleep he will have another 45 mins sleep at about 3.30pm. He has been sleeping through the night 7-7 for the last week. (From about 14 weeks he was just waking once in the night fo a feed).
He is 24 weeks old. Hope this makes sense
my ds slept all the time. we had a routine for him based loosely on gf but we had to lengthen naptimes. b he slept through night 10-7 from 7 weeks. dd slept through from 9 weeks, cant get her on any routine at all and she has only started having short naps since last wednesday. before that she didnt sleep during day since 5 weeks
My lo is 14 weeks, she was a month early and so we have been quite soft with her, letting her decide when to eat and sleep. We are quite lucky that she sleeps quite well at night although she gets up 2-4 times a night to feed.
We are now trying to introduce a routine, the books that I have read say she should nap three times for 1 and a half hours which seems a lot.
How many naps does your lo have and for how long. (and do they sleep through the night!)
Thanks in advance x

Thanks for the replies, it suprises me that even though they sleep loads during the day, they still sleep during the night. I will definately be trying to get her to nap a bit more - gives me some time to myself as well!
