Have you got any family or friends close by who you can talk to or maybe you and Luke could stay the night with so that you don't have to cope with things on your own.

oh my god! r u ok? thats awful!! well done for ending it!! ur braver than me. I used to be with some one like this, never hit me, but was always grabbing me by my throat and slamming me against walls. Youve done the best thing by ending it, he'll only get worse if u stay!! hope u and lo r ok.

hey guys, well tday my fiance sent me a msg in his break at work saying i smelt and sex was a chore...
and we argued and he pushed me...i left it then we argued somemore... and he slammed me against wall and then pushed me over all infromt of lo....i smaked my ed and stomach then he made me have a panik attak....whgich tuk me over 30 mins to get over he left me on my own while i was having it and luke he left him on the bed crying...
ive ended it but am devastated looking for a cuddle lol
