Hi,
Do you have an online account as when you go into your account there is an option to end your contract there. I did it and got 2 emails offering me stuff. When I replied telling them I have cancelled my account because I no longer wanted to buy there books they left me alone.
Havent heard from them since

I managed to leave them ok, i brought the amount of books needed, returned any I didnt want and then emailed them to explain why I didnt want to be a member anymore. They accepted this and about a month later they sent me a statement saying that I owed nothing and that my account was closed. HTH xx

i joined in feb when eryn was born to get the free beartix potter books, i have bought the amount of books i have to to end contract and have just tried but the phone options are PAY, ORDER, RETURN, and no real people to talk to, and web has no option to leave either anyone else a member or has left? or is there no way of leaving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grrrrrr, dont get me started.
Mum got the Beatrix Potter books, just before Kiernan was born. She's bought a couple more since then, and the latest lot she sent back. She returned them using their own courier service, after I emailed them and arranged for them to collect the package. Now, 3 months later, they're still demanding payment. I'm sick of telling them we've got nothing to pay for because they collected it. Mums a pensioner, and really doesnt need the hassle. Its only £16 she owes them, and its not like she cant afford it, but why should she pay for something she returned months ago?
