i roast them, just cut them into rings and 1/2 the aubegine rings, cut your onion into 8ths and peppers into similar sizes to the corgette then sprinkle some mixed herd, spray with ry lite and cook on a tray in the oven for 1/2 an hour at 180c. the edges might singe but thats fine, it all adds to the flavour. we have it with roast chicken and potato wedges but i just blitz the veg for lo. it stinks but tastes quite creamy, i think its the aubergine.

ps you dont need to peel anything but the onion too so hardly any work lol

i was dubiuos about this one but lo loves it, roast aubergine, corgette, yellow & red pepper and a tiny bit of onion (like and 8th or less for 2 portions).

    peas & broccolii

broccolli, cauliflower & cheese sauce or just them seperatly with cheese sauce

stir fry veg (carrots, bean sprouts, tiny bit of shredded pac choy, tiny bit of onion, red pepper and a couple of mushrooms (not many as makes them fart tons!!) use fry lite for them.

fruit, pear with a teaspoon of pineapple fruit juice per portion, apple stewed with a vanilla pod, plums (total faff) nectarine but i mix this with yogart as quite acidic, also a faff as i peel them!! i have also given strawberry but just try a tiny bit at first and watch them like a hawk as they can be allergic, my gran was but ds seems fine
