My lo was really unsettled and his routinue went out the window until we got onto 3 meals a day. Then we had a week that was a complete nightmare so I spent a few days watching him and recording when he wanted to sleep eat etc and built up a routinue around this pattern. It is still flexible, if he is tired at 2.30 instead of 3 he goes to bed at 2.30. Since we have done this feeding and sleeping have all settle and improved. hth

Hey dont know how much use i can b but i have started giving my lo solids about 3/4 weeks ago. at first i just started giving him farleys rusks in a morning when he got up and then giving him a bottle after - lo never wanted as much milk tho. He soon got in to knowing that when he woke up he would get proper food - he even recognises the bowl when i bring it in now and opens his mouth for the food before the spoon is any where near him lol. Keep it up for a week or so before u give ur lo a lil bit more then when lo is used i gave him another lot b4 bed to settle him with a bottle. I think ds has much more settled sleep now he is on solids. I think the best thing is just to give it a go and see how ur lo gets on.

    Good Luck.x.
