You could try just giving her a dummy at this time or even just some cooled boiled water so gradually she will realise that its not worth waking.

My lo is 6 months old and up until last night we thought she needed the feeds she was waking for but after drinking a whole 6oz of milk at 11pm she still woke at one as though she needed feeding but obvously didnt so we have found its just habit why she is waking how do i break this habit
yeah just try settling her down without a feed and that seems to stop the waking eventually
