We started using it just before dd was 6 months and she has started sleeping through but this has coincided with her eating more so it may just be coincidence but we have kept giving it to her to be on the safe side

A friend said that aptimel helped her lo sleep through because it has prebiotics in it, which is what is in the bedtime milk as this settles the tummy as night. hth x

    Hi There,

My lo is 28 weeks and I tried it for a week or so when she was 25 weeks - it made no difference. I have found that if I time it right and give her her last bottle (C&G No 3) at around 9:30pm ish, then that is her and usually sleeps right through until 08:30am/9am.

I've been using it for 2 week & my DS is 6 months on Monday & makes no difference to him - so I'm gonna say its a gimmick & I won't buy it again.

    Maybe works for otheres?
