My ds was born weighing 9lbs 2oz! AT 12 weeks he weighed 12lbs 10oz and was recommended to add a bottle into his feed in the day. At 17 weeks he was 14lbs 1oz, so began to wean him on advice of HV. Now on 3 meals a day as still waking in the night. He'll be weighed on Friday so hopefully he'll have put more weight on. I only breastfeed him in the morning now. Our main 'problem' is his length and the fact he does not lie still!!
