it would not be everyone's cup of tea but how about a weekend doing outdoor adventure like potholing or river rafting? We did a day trip with red dragon adventures in wales and I remember the guide saying he did a lot of hen weekends.

Otherwise I'd agree with center parcs as a good option with the little ones, you've got baby sitting, activities, restaurants and a spa there

I went to center parcs for my hen weekend.  Was probaly one of the best weekends of my life.  We had everything right there, spa, shops bars, pool.  It was fantastic.

I was thinking of a spa weekend as well as it goes.  Be warned though people can let you down.  So dont pay for anything in advance unless you get everyones money first.  When I got married I wanted to do the spa weekend thing but unfortunately it just wasnt possible.  Then I wanted to do a weekend in blackpool and half the people said they couldnt afford it so then to make other people happy I said we could just go clubbing in london and get there by minibus.  Anyway got definite yes from everyone that wanted to come then mother in law asked of some of her extended family could come so I said yes if they definitely wanted to come as I had to book a bigger minibus.   and then all the extended family let me down which ended up costing me an extra £70 as I was stupid enough not to get any deposits off anyone.   But also have to say I have been clubbing in manchester before for new years and it is fantastic! x

Firstly, Oh what a beautiful baby!!  we are having a spa day with her mum and aunt so was looking for something for friends, thought if we went away weekend with a flight somewhere it would feel like we were getting away. bite to eat and night out 1st night and shopping and get nails done or something the following day. x
