I woud go with the teething, my ds is at the same point just now.

My cousin has a dd 12 months (great for advice) and she was exactly the same started being sick just like your lo, and then a little tooth came through!!!

If your really worried check with doc or hv.

    Hi,

My DS is 6 and a half months old. He's been on solids since 19 weeks after having weight problems and he loves solids and we had no trouble weaning him. Now he's at nursery full time and has been for 4 weeks. I've asked them to start introducing meat and foods with gluten in as he's over 6 months old now and the last two days they have given him porridge for breakfast, blended veg with chicken for lunch and just blended veg for tea, with each meal he has a bottle of his usual milk and yogurt or fruit for afters at lunch and/or tea time. On both days he has been really sick after his tea and brought loads up (nursery said he seems to be bringing up more than he's eaten), I've fed him chicken at home on a weekend and he's been fine withwith it and not sick at all and it's so unusual for him to be sick - he's only ever been really sick once since he was born (apart from bringing up the odd mouthful but he hasn't even done that for a few months now). He doesn't seem to be poorly, but does seem a bit more whingy than usual, but I put that down to him being hungry. On both nights I've given him baby rice and bottle and he's been fine and slept through ok.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing it? I wondered if it could be the porridge(I'm not sure whether it's normal porridge or special baby porridge - do you make porridge with milk and could they be using cow's milk? or maybe he's picked up a tummy bug - but why isn't he sick after every meal? Or could it be teething - he hasn't cut any teeth yet, but has been dribbling loads since about 4 months. I don't know if I should be worried
