My baby girl was the same age, they are using more energy so need more naps, it's normal.

Lo will soon pick up, but when they learn to walk they get tired again and nap more.

All normal though.

yep the more active they get the more they will tire themselves out, and probably will nap more, my lo has a morning and afternoon sleep, and she seems to lap longer now she is more active, hardly any wonder as some days i dont know where she gets the energy, i struggle to keep up with her!! x

My 9 month old has started crawling in the last week and since then she has needed morning and afternoon sleeps.

She didn't do this before, is this normal?

I guess she gets more tired being more active!
