Hiya, you can also buy skinless sausages from tesco so you dont have to worry about them choking ( for the mums who;s los dont have teeth)

I gave my lo them for the first time on her birthday as we had a b-b-q she loved them!, i'd always avoided them before as high salt content but managed to find some organic ones from the butchers which had the lowest salt content i could find.

our lo loves sausages.
we tend to buy asdas great stuff mini hotdog sausages or a good quality sausage with a minimum of 70% meat content. we bought some of Asdas butchers choice chipolatas and they were full of fat blobs so now we stick to lincolnshires or cumberlands. occassionally we will treat her to fresh pork and leek ones from the butchers.
she just can't get enough of them.

i do a few c***tail sausages for my lo and give them to him with potato and pasta shapes in tomato sauce. he absolutely loves them!! just make sure, when you're buying the sausages, that you buy one with a high content of pork in it, rather than one with just a lot of filler in it!!
