    i havent had any problems with mine breaking but food has got stuck in between the pink and yellow bit. its dried like cement. its silly having that tiny gap there. i wish i had thought of flushing it out under the tap whilst the food was still wet.

    dont want to rub it in lol but mine is fine. never had a problem with it. charleys been sick on it a few times but ive flushed it out with water, put it on radiator to dry n it has been fine. ive done this a few times. n it still works.

    I have not got mine yet but it should be here this week, tho they way my wee man is teething and is sick it will be broken in no time again. They really need to fix this problem.

    OMG!!! I thought it was just my twins that had destroyed their walker! Its been puked and dribbled on that much that when i turn it on it just does one constant noise like your keeping one of the keys pressed down, its a great product other than the music piano bit, it should def be waterproof. I'm gonna email them now but not sure what to say? Would anyone send me a copy of the email they sent to Chicco please? Pm me if you will and will give you my email address. Many Thanks Sam

    i have just emailed chico and they have told me that i need to be contacting my retailer as they dont deal with broken items. I tols them that i had been back to where it was bought and they told me to conatct them. She wasnt havin it at first until i said i wanted mangers number and complaints department number so i could go further.

    Funny enough she then said she would send me one out as a gesture of goodwill.

    But previoulsy they didnt deal with it. Anyway i should hopefully be recving one shortly so i urge everybody to try it and you should also be entilted to one.

    She also told me that she had not recvd any complaint regarding the dj walker andi was the first.  That i do not believe.

    The seat is easy to remove, turn the walker upside down and you will see white taggy things, pull them down and push them through the holes then just pull the seat out.

    Hiya, just to let you all know-i got my new tray throught htis morning and am really pleased as its a new colour! my new one is blua and green which is much more suitable for my boy rather than  the pink and yellow!! lol!

    thanx , luckly I didn't say how long I just said I threw the tray after a few weeks because it broke, I hope they do send me one ds1 loved it and I recon that it will keep ds2 quiet for a bit aswell x

    Dont say how long you have it, we have ours about 3 months. They didnt ask so i would say just say its a few months old they will never no! They should send you one out i would say they have done with all the others. x

    Just email chicco and they should send you a new board, is funny reading your replys as chicco said they have never had a problems with the walker lol yea right.

    my LO has this too, and has also been sick on / dribbled on the musical bit so much it doesnt work

    i got it from a catalogue, not sure which

    so how would i go about getting a replacement should i contact chicco or the catalogue do you think?

    i e-mailed them because mine broke to i told them it was broke and they should makeit easy to clean and waterproff as it is for babies this is the reply i got

    Thats what i said to them. I told them that when they are designing their products, they need to keep things like this in mind!

    Just got an email back from chicco, they are sending me a new board to. Am really happy it is being posted today so there customer service is def very good. Tho im thinking how long will this one last lol. They should def think of a way to make it waterproof.

    I too paid out for the chicco dj walker, cos i thought it looked better and more entertaining than the cheaper ones. Ds loved it but he was sick on it and it stopped working 10 days after buying it!

    Im going to email chicco now and see what they say!
