Michael is just over 9 months and weighs 18 pounds. People comment that he is small for 9 months but he is such a happy little boy eats very well and is always on the move and is just perfect to me!!

My ds is 9mnths and weighs 22lb, not concerned tho as he's really tall.

I think it totally depends on height etc, but if hv isnt concerned then I wouldnt worry hun, and also if she is eating well then she's getting wot she needs.

    SarahKaiya's mummy

Kaiya is almost 10 months, at 9 months she weighed 14lb 9oz but she was born at 32 weeks. She does sound very tiny for a normal full term birth but i wouldn't worry. As long as she eats well then she's just going to be a little one.

Harpreet was 18lbs at 9 months. She will be 10 months this month. If your hv isn't worried and your lo is happy, I wouldn't worry. She must be just petite.
