My dd1 was exactly the same whereas dd2 is really cuddly. DD1 is a really non stop active girl so I agree its prob because of not wanting to stop

Dressing isn't too bad, but nappies are a nightmare, arghhhh!!  I've got a mat with a harness on now, its the only way to do it, she screams the place down though. xx

Thanks for that is it the same for you when changing nappies and dressing?

I don't have any advice but I think its normal.  My lo is exactly the same.  She's only letting me cuddle her today because she's ill!! xx

Hoping someone can offer me some advice I have an 11 month old baby girl who hates any personal contact whether it is cuddles getting dressed or changing nappies.

We get screaming and wriggling when we try and do these things it is as if we are hurting her. Changing her nappy in public is becoming a no no.

The only thing I can think is that she doesnt want to be held back from crawling away and that maybe she will grow out of it. It is traumatic for both of us.

Any advice appreciated.
